Problems with this website?
While I was in Scotland taking photographs, my web-hosting provider pulled my website because it was notificed that it has been "hacked" and replaced by a phising site.

When I got back from Scotland, with about a thousand new digital images, I reloaded the site from my hard disc. However, I had started a rebuild of the site and had not finished it, and while I wanted to finish the rebuild, before that I wanted to add geo-tags as well as other tags to the photograph files.

So, the current version is very much a "work in progress" (even more than normally).

If you do find a broken link, or a missing photograph, please feel free to leave me a message on the guest book.

Copyright

(Almost) all of the photographs on these pages have been taken by myself, David Paul Welch.

Before July 2005 they have mostly been taken with a 35mm film Canon T70 camera, or a Pentax camera, process and printed and then scanned in to make a digital image. A very few were taken with a Kodac disc camera.

Thereafter they were taken with a Canon digital 350D camera or a Canon IXUS. In almost all cases I own the copyright on the image (some, for instance, may have been taken by one of my children). I give my permission for anyone to link to the images on my website as long as they put an acknowledgement alongside the image as it appears on their page.

However, I do not give permission for any image, or images, to be copied or printed in any form. If you want to use a copy of an image or print an image, and especially if you intend to make a financial gain (directly or indirectly) from an image you must seek my permission first.
